Once an order ships from our location we cannot cancel the order without shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a 30% restocking fee being charged for canceling the order.

With international orders; import duties and other charges may vary. These are not included in your shipping charges from our website and they are the responsibility of the buyer. We take reasonable steps to minimize these charges, but since we have no control over various countries import policies we can not be held responsible for the charges.

Undeliverable Orders
Please note that if your package is returned to us due to the following reasons:
- Refused by Recipient
- Unclaimed
- Invalid Address
- Addressee Not Known
- Insufficient Address
The order will be cancelled and subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
Please note shipping charges and processing fees such as: discreet packaging,
express service, and insurance are non-refundable.

Orders for physical media such as books and CDs are final. If you receive your products and they are damaged or defective we will replace the defective product at no additional charge.
Download and Online products are non-refundable once ordered. We cannot control or support internet access to a person’s computer or the internet browser on their computer. The best way to ensure that an online course will work with your computer and internet access is to try the sample chapter or course that we have on our website.

| Class Cancellation Policy |
|
If for some reason you cannot attend the class of your choice, you have the option to attend another class. A change fee of $100 may be charged to your account if change is made less than 30 days before the class starts.
However, if you must cancel a class before it starts, we will refund you the course fee minus the value of the study pack, cancellation fee of $200, PMBOK Guide, and the value of online course of $500 (for Premium Course Package).

Once any course starts there are no refunds. If you have to stop the class because of schedule conflicts or unexpected issues you can transfer your enrollment to another course on our calendar.
